It’s almost a year since we had some problems with a number of our clips. These clips as shown in the photo, were in some cases not strong enough and tight on the side. Unfortunately some of them broke.

Thanks to the parents who contacted us to inform us of the said situation and who answered our questions allowing us to find the problem we were able to quickly make the decision to remove this model of clips from the market.

The sale of these clips therefore ceased at the end of December 2017 and withdraw them from the market as early as January 2018.

Pois & Moi inc is above all a responsible company and concerned with the safety of the little ones. For us, nothing is more important than the safety of our clientele. Each of our products are designed to prioritize all aspects of safety for young children and babies.

The decision to stop the sale and distribution of these models has therefore been taken without hesitation and we have been working with health Canada during the long process, pending the directives. In this sense, following this long delay, we can now make a voluntary reminder of the so-called clips.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this recall process and be assured of our full cooperation in the process of trading this defective product.

Note that our new wood clips as well as our stainless steel clips sold since January 2018 are not defective. They are fully compliant with safety standards and are thoroughly tested, ensuring a completely safe product.

As mentioned on our packaging, our accessories must be used under the supervision of an adult at all times.
